The new heated pool in this villa has also been completed It is L- shaped, 9m by 7m giving a swimming area of 42sq m. The shallow end, with tiled entrance steps, forms the base of the 'L' and a small wall separates it from the deeper swimming area. The existing terrace in front of the villa has been repaved & extended. A small balustrade wall has been built separating the lower swimming area from the upper terrace which now enjoys a very useful BBQ making outdoor eating a pleasure.

The Swimming Pools

The pools are just under a metre in depth at the shallow end and about 1.75 metre at the deepest part. Tiled steps lead into it at the shallow ends. Heating has been installed which will be operational during the months of April, May, June, late September and October onwards. To retain the heat the pools are covered with a pool covers which are rolled up during the day. They are essential items in conserving the water heat but are expensive and delicate pieces of equipment. It is therefore essential that the clients accept the responsibility for their maintenance and make sure that the children and all members of their party take care of them.

 Holiday Insurance

It is essential that clients take out their own holiday insurance in the event of cancellation due to ill health or some other unforseen event.
