For each additional per person per week add     £55 per week

The prices shown include rental and service charges. The latter covers preparation of the villas on your arrival, weekly change of linen, end of stay laundry, gas & electricity etc.

On booking one of the villas a non-returnable deposit of £100 per week is payable (or 1/3 of the total cost for 3 & 4 week stays). Full payment is due should cancellation occur within 8 weeks of departure. Clients are advised to take out holiday insurance which would cover this possibility.
